The machines in our company (GTM) allow the fabrication of cylindrical stakes, with spiral (helicoidal strap) and tack weld (removal) programmed according to the project specifications provided by the customer
GTM machines are automatic machines and the whole operation is controlled by computer, so the spacing of the belt and the welds are made by a robot
The unions of the binding wire are uniquely assembly and positioning, and they are not intended to link or connect steel. The tack weld used in our stakes has the same function as the binding wire.
The welding is performed with addition electrode and not electro weld. This, allows the steel do not loss section in the weld points
